The ESS Panel (also known as the Active Power Saving System - APSS) has undergone rigorous testing by well-respected electrical testing laboratories and other facilities. These tests were conducted across various loads and operating environments, to verify the ESS's ability to achieve substantial energy savings, ranging between 30% to 50%, and improve Power Factor (PF) to .99.
